Odysseus fits the definition of an epic hero in numerous aspects and undeniably is one - probably the most virtuous of his time.

On his journey, in the places that he visits, honorable Odysseus is praised for his cunning and intelligence, which are undoubtedly his premium characteristics. He manages to save himself and his men from numerous predicaments on his long journey.
