Summary:   Essay discusses the ideal location in which early man could thrive and survive.


A similar picture must have existed for thousands of years. Groups of nomadic peoples traveling from place to place looking for game, water and shelter. Then, about 6,000 B.C. man learned an invaluable skill. He learned to grow crops.This marked the beginning of the Neolithic Era, or New Stone Age. It may not seem like it but those years long past have a strong likeness to today. We may not have such a strong need for hunting grounds or water sources, but people naturally flock to the places in which their needs and wants are easily satisfied.The same holds true no matter what century you live in, location is key.
