The party would have never achieved such power were it not for the brilliant Dr. Josef Goebbels. His work as propagandist materially aided Hitler's rise to power in. All medias of education and communications were used to further Nazi propagandistic aims, instilling in the Germans that Hitler was not just a man, not just a leader, but a god, who would lead them to rule the world.
