Isaac Newton has always been classified as many things: a great scientist, philosopher and several others but not a lot of people may know that he is also a Christmas baby. Isaac Newton was born on Christmas Day in 1642. He was born three months after his father died. He was classified by many doctors as a premature baby and was not expected to live more than a few weeks. Somehow baby Isaac survived and began to grow into a bright toddler. When Isaac turned three his mother met a man and decided to remarry. Isaac's new stepfather Rev. Mr. Smith did not like children very well, so when a move was planned after the wedding Isaac was left with his grandmother and grandfather.
