Spectacles have been around for centuries. For ages they have been the only tools that assisted the visually impaired in their sight. Glasses were light, easy to maintain, and easily affordable for the general public. Although these spectacular spectacles were accommodating devices, a new and stunning invention revolutionized the world as time grew closer to the end of the 20th century. This amazing innovation was a new form of sight enhancement called contacts. The development of these devices led to better visual perception, and they were an answer to the pesky problem that glasses caused when they would agitate the nose and face.
