Days ago, we have investigated on Rocky Shore Ecosystems in a coastal city in Victoria which is indicated on the map below. We have been in the intertidal zones at Barwon Heads and the underwater at the rocky shore of Point Lonsdale, and we found that they had different habitats as we researched. The intertidal zones at Barwon Heads showed us the rocky shore platforms, sandstone platform and basalt platform. We were looking at the organisms on the shore; while in Point Lonsdale, we were looking at the organisms under the water as we were snorkeling. Compared with the organisms which are living under the water, the organisms that living on the shore are more stressful in the environmental condition due to less water, more wind that increases effects on drying out, more sunlight that increases.....
