He was a man known by many, a man esteemed by most, one who could draw a crowd with his passion for life, and one who led our country with pride. Theodore Roosevelt's devotion to everything he did was what made him into a man of admirable exploits. In his efforts, he saved hundreds of animals from becoming extinct and formed different organizations to help. Theodore Roosevelt is a man that deserves recognition for his achievements and the trials he went through to gain it.

Theodore Roosevelt was born on October 27, 1858 in New York City, New York. He was the second born child and first born son in a Dutch American family. Teedie (as he was commonly called by his family and very close friends) would eventually become one of four children. Theodore Roosevelt Sr......
