Summary: It is about racial profiling and being discriminated by race on the roads and in courts.
How would you feel if you got pulled over while driving, or got kicked off from your airline because of your race? This is a tactic that law enforcement agencies use called Racial Profiling. It is a big issue in urban society, even though it is not much talked about in the news, but it is still one of the NAACP and ACLU biggest arguments today. It is still a big problem in urban societies. This is not much an issue in the white areas but a well-known phenomenon in black communities (Marks1). For more than half of this century, it was police that enforced the Jim Crow laws in this country, but discrimination is still an issue even after the Civil Rights Movement (Knickerbocker 2).
