SINGLE EFFECT PAPER

It is 7:00 A.M. Great. School starts in 30 minutes, and I live 25 minutes away. I rush to put on semi-decent clothes, brush my teeth, and I am out of the house, on my way to school. I had no time for a shower, to dress nicely, or even to put on make-up. I get to school no more than 10 minutes late and finally sit in my seat of my first block class at 7:45. Well, so far my day has not been that great, but I just know it will get better. As soon as I sit down, my teacher asks for last night's homework.
