The effects of age, gender and exercise on fitness.
I have found that a person's age has an impact on which physical activities individuals participate in to stay healthy. Many young boys and girls ages 18-20 often enjoy activities such as, walking, stretching, and weight lifting. Whereas, on the other hand, older men and women enjoy things many young people today don't, such as, gardening and yard work. With this in mind, I interviewed three people from three different age groups asking them, which activity they preferred.
First up, my teacher from school, Mrs. Meyer, I asked her which activity she preferred doing on a regular basis. Mrs. Meyer wouldn't quite reveal her exact age, but she said it's most definitely between the ranges of 45-55, which is perfect classification for the 45-66 age category.
