The Economy

Puerto Rico is located on the southwest side of the world. Puerto Rico is a part of 2 continents. Puerto Rico is a part of North and South America. It is located 1,000 miles southeast of Miami Florida. Puerto Rico also belongs with a group of islands called the West Indies. Other islands such as Cuba, Jamaica, Haiti, Dominican Republic, and a few others are also parts of the group of islands called the West Indies . Most of these islands are neighbors to one another. The capital of Puerto Rico is San Juan. San Juan is a very busy city, which was founded in 1508, by Juan Ponce de León. Puerto Rico is bordered on water by all sides. The Atlantic Ocean borders east, and north of Puerto Rico. The Caribbean Sea borders south.....
