  Going Into Business

Most people start up a business because they want to become wealthier. Others start up a business because they have an idea they want to make a reality. Whatever the reason they all have to go though roughly the same steps in which to start up.

Most of the business people I have met have been confident, out going, organised and open minded. I feel theses personalities are necessary to become a successful businessman or woman. They also need to have fairly good communication skills to be able to work with customers and suppliers. A good example of a woman who I feel has all these personal qualities and more is Karen Koren the owner of the highly successful Gilded Balloon. This is only one aspect of going into business there are many.....
