Most people start up a business because they want to become wealthier. Others start up a business because they have an idea they want to make a reality. Whatever the reason they all have to go though roughly the same steps in which to start up.
Most of the business people I have met have been confident, out going, organised and open minded. I feel theses personalities are necessary to become a successful businessman or woman. They also need to have fairly good communication skills to be able to work with customers and suppliers. A good example of a woman who I feel has all these personal qualities and more is Karen Koren the owner of the highly successful Gilded Balloon.
