Summary:   Running, how it's helped me throughout my life.


"You can do it."  Breathe in and out; don't let your feet stop moving.  It hurts, but just don't let your feet slow down.  It's a way of life not just a sport.  It's helped me to look ahead, not down at the ground feeling sorry for myself.  I have a good life, I don't have the hardships that many others do, but I have had some rough spots and running has helped me to work through them.  I've learned to finish things through and when it gets hard and I want to give up, I just keep my feet moving and bear with it.

    I began running in 1997, I wasn't sure about running but I took on the challenge, and eventually I fell in love.  Most people don't understand why I run, but they've.....
