This is based on the movie(book) The Good Earth. It is about the plight of the peasant and it describes how the plight of the peasant comes alive in The Good Earth. If you are wondering why this essay is so horribly written...nevermind, but please give corrections and advice if you can.

Social Classes
    Throughout The Good Earth Wang Lung and his fellow peasants face famine, death, financial struggles and problems between peasants, and family. A great drought arises, causing famine and farm exhaustion. Many peasants act bitter towards Wang Lung after Wang Lung refuses to give them land and food. One in particular, Wang's uncle, spawns much anger from Wang. And finally, many of the peasants are poor during the drought, and are unable to buy food or pay taxes. The peasants also cope with embarrassment and inferiority while confronting nobles. In The Good Earth, peasants are depicted as very diligent and earth caring people, and are looked at in a positive light.
    There are many problems that the peasants face in The Good Earth, and famine was the worst. All of the peasants, including Wang Lung,.....
