  1. Bicameralism is having two houses and legislative body, the opposite of unicamerialism--having only one house.
  2. Federalism is a division of power between central government and states. Different representatives of each state have different views on topics and vote accordingly; therefore each state has different laws. I think National power should have more power then it comes to education because people should learn equally, schools should be expected to follow the same standards every other school is--they cannot all have different levels of education. In example, people from California shouldn't be smarter than people from Alabama because of their education opportunity, in public schooling this should be equal everywhere.
