Summary: Essay provides a look at the effects of legalizing prostitution.

Sex sells, plain and simple. So why shouldn't a girl make her money in a business where money can be made. Do we not have the right to decide what we do with our bodies? I do not see a difference between a pornography star and a prostitute yet the law holds them in very different categories. Do they not complete the same task by selling their bodies? Pornography is not illegal yet the women in the video are being paid to enjoy sex for men's pleasure. Is that not the same thing as prostitution? Porn stars are considered X-rated actresses, so why shouldn't prostitutes just film themselves having sex with a customer and call that a porn film? What's the difference? In the past prostitution has been considered morally unjust but with the sexual revolution taking full swing are our morals changing? Should we alter our judgement...
