"Obesity is defined as an excessively high amount of body fat relative to lean body mass. Overweight is defined as a high body weight relative to height." In the past 10 years, fast food has become a major part of most youth's diet. This diet, along with video games and the Internet, is contributing to obesity. Youth today are not being educated about the importance of healthy diet and exercise.

School is the main source that youth get their junk food. A minimum of three vending machines is placed in each school. There are massive amount of snack bars in the vending machines. During the breaks, students, on an average, spend $5 on chocolate bars, chocolate chips, or ice creams, etc. $5 does not seem to be a big amount; however, in a year, average of.....
