In 2003 MINT introduced the Mint credit card. The card was offered as two versions, a standard credit card and the MC2 card which has the bottom right-hand corner removed. The card cannot be read by a minority of older machines, but does work in all ATMs. This was the first change to the shape of credit cards in the UK for 37 years.
