Robbie "Mad Dog" Muir (born October 8, 1953) is a former part-Indigenous Australian rules football player for the St Kilda Football Club in the Victorian Football League. He is most remembered for his mad outbursts and king hits on the football field. He was once suspended for a number of weeks after king-hitting an umpire. In 2006 Muir became involved in umpiring in an amateur league which was notorious for its players who disrespected officials. With Muir, a fearsome player who is considered a loose cannon, as umpire it is believed his intimidatory presence will help stamp out this behaviour. He also umpired the EJ Whitten Legends Game in 2006, as well as the "Barristers v Solicitors" charity game at Glenferrie Oval on June 25, 2006.
