Right At Home Realty, Inc. (RAH) is the second largest independent brokerage at the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB).[1] Modelled after Florida-based Charles Rutenberg Realty, RAH's compensation package basically consists of 100% commissions to the sales person, while charging monthly and deal-closing fees. As a result, RAH claims to be TREB's fastest growing brokerage in the GTA.[2][3] Right At Home's business model relies on volume.[4] At the same time, RAH argues the model best fits the changing industry:[5]
- public access to the once proprietary information of the Multiple Listing Service via mls.ca
- advances in technology enabling real estate agents to both work from home and be highly mobile
- pervasiveness of Internet access in Canada.
In addition to their corporate headquarters in Toronto, Right At Home has branch offices in Mississauga/Brampton, Burlington/Hamilton, Oakville, and Durham.
