Rick Hurst (born January 1 1946 in Houston, Texas, U.S.) is an American actor who portrayed Deputy Cletus Hogg, Boss Hogg's cousin, in the 1980 to 1983 seasons of The Dukes of Hazzard. [1] Hurst has also appeared in many movies, including The Karate Kid, Part III (1989) as the Announcer. He is the father of fellow actor Ryan Hurst. [1]
