Malcolm Alexander MacLean (born August 14, 1842 in Tiree, Scotland; died. April 4, 1895 in Vancouver, British Columbia) was the first Mayor of Vancouver, British Columbia, serving from 1886 to 1887. He beat his opponent, sawmill manager Richard H. Alexander, by 17 votes.
