Lies We Tell Ourselves Overview

Lies We Tell Ourselves by Robin Talley is a historical fiction book that takes place in 1959 as a school in Virginia begins the process of integration. Sarah Dunbar is one of the few black students who transfer to Jefferson High School, a previously all white academy.
