Fugazi may refer to:
- Fugazi, a rock band from Washington, D.C., and its eponymous début EP
- Fugazi, a 1984 studio album of the progressive rock band Marillion, featuring a song also named "Fugazi"
- Fugazi (Do The Fake) - A song by The Wildhearts, b-side to the single Urge
- An Italian-American slang term for something that is forged/not authentic, made famous by the movie Donnie Brasco, as well as the popular tv show The Sopranos. In reference to a person, fugazi can describe some one who is a fake, a poser, crazy, or prone to lying. N.B.: The word "fugazi" is not Italian, but was first used by Italian-Americans.

- A slang version of "Fugacious" derived from Latin fugax, fugac-, meaning "ready to flee, flying; hence, fleeting, transitory"
- This resulted in the backronym "Fucked Up, Got Ambushed, Zipped In", a U.S. Army slang from the Vietnam war era, meaning chaotic, out-of-control fighting, especially in jungle warfare. Used as in a soldier fucked up, got ambushed and zipped into a body bag. (Similar to SNAFU) This is also a British military slang term.
