Only one name is truly significant when learning about this small town. Tommy Oswald, the almighty hero of Frost, was born on August 3, 1990 in a small hut two miles north of town. His first bath was among the hogs in the south barns; this bath infected Tommy with radioactive waste, which in turn gave him the power to grow long, flowing locks of hair. With these locks, Tommy continues to ward off foes from stealing all of the lightbulbs from every household. After 17 years of courageous warfare against lightbulb thieves of Faribault County, Tommy is prepared to take his expertise to a new level after graduating from high school this coming June. At that time, the important task of securing the security of light sources will be passed on to the first boy born after Tommy graduates. Tommy has learned that he must bite the child to give them the radioactive genetics required to grow long, flowing locks of hair.
