Actress Clare Carey was born June 11, 1967. Her place of birth has been publicly disputed, with some information showing she was born in Zimbabwe while other references identify Carey as born in Santa Fe, NM. Carey is best known for her roles as Kelly Fox on the American sitcom Coach and as Macy Carlson, the Olsen twins' mother on the short-lived ABC Family sitcom So Little Time. Carey has also had recurring roles on Point Pleasant, in the role of Sarah Parker, and bartender Mary Bailey on the CBS TV series Jericho. Carey began acting professionally while attending Santa Barbara (CA) High School, from which she graduated in 1985.
